At Highheels, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Highheels account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original designer box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
